Forest Carpentry has a portfolio of land in various stages of development or seeking planning permission but we are always looking for more land.

Typically this will be larger plots in a residential area within 15 miles of Highcliffe, Christchurch. They could be with or without a property already on them. We will look at plots that come with planning permission and potential plots. We will often choose to renovate and extend an attractive property rather than demolish and build from new.

We make a huge effort to accommodate the needs of and get on with all neighbours around sites and basically see ourselves as very considerate builders.
